The Minister of the Interior will visit the Alpes-Maritimes today
The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, will be in our department this Friday. At 3 PM, he will be at the Basilique Saint-Michel Archange in Menton where he will attend the funeral of Menton’s mayor, Jean-Claude Guibal, who passed away on Monday at the age of 80.
In the afternoon, the 39-year-old minister will go to Nice and participate in the tribute to the three victims of the Notre-Dame Basilica attack in Nice, killed by a 31-year-old Tunisian terrorist, exactly one year ago.
