Supported by UPE06, GLOBAL PERFORMANCE is a collective commitment initiative that offers SMEs the opportunity to receive guidance towards business performance and responsible management.
The integration of CSR into business management has led to effective results observed in the short term: market development, job creation, workplace well-being, social progress, reduced environmental impact, and societal attractiveness.
Global Performance Paca-Est consists of 3 departments, 25 SMEs (20 companies located in Alpes-Maritimes, 3 companies in Var, and 2 companies in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), 1,067 people, and €194 million in revenue. It involves 5 institutions, 12 large companies, and 1 federation committed alongside these SMEs.
During the Permanent Assembly of MEDEF, the 13 sponsors of Global Performance Paca-Est received an honorary diploma for good management practices.
This was an opportunity for Yvon GROSSO, President of UPE06 and MEDEF 06, to present this initiative on a national level. This highly successful operation was praised and applauded by a gathering of regions and large companies.
It is sure to inspire other regional MEDEF organizations!
