As France prepares to host the legendary Ryder Cup for the first time, the National Sports Museum is offering a special exhibition, accessible right from the entrance hall.

From September 28th to 30th, the competition most anticipated by golf enthusiasts will take place in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. A unique event with worldwide impact, the Ryder Cup is held every two years and features 24 players in two teams, Europe versus the United States.

On this occasion, starting today, the National Sports Museum is presenting a 100 square meter exhibition consisting of 50 historical objects, explanatory panels, and visuals. Created with the support of the French Golf Federation and lenders, it will be accessible for free and will offer visitors the chance to discover the history of golf, a sometimes overlooked sport, and the specifics of this uniquely thrilling competition format. A focus on the Cรดte d’Azur and its historic courses will complete the exhibition.
