Graduates with honors “Very Good” honored by the City of Nice and the General Council

This Thursday, July 11*, the City of Nice Prize, valued at 200 euros, will be awarded to Nice high school graduates who achieved the “Très Bien” distinction on their 2013 National Baccalaureate diploma.

bac-2.jpg This year, 218 Nice high school students will be rewarded, including 203 from the general baccalaureate.

The youngest laureates are:

Mathilde Vincent, aged 17, attending Lycée Calmette, with an average of 16.26, and Andrew Kamagne, aged 16, attending Lycée Stanislas, with an average of 18.5.

The highest average in Nice goes to Sarah Léon, 18, from Lycée Stanislas with an average of 21.23.

The schools with the highest number of “très bien” distinctions are, tied, Lycée Calmette and Lycée Stanislas.

The next day, Friday, July 12, it will be the turn of the General Council to celebrate the deserving students.

The General Council prize consists of a 200-euro award for each recipient who graduated with a “très bien” distinction in the Baccalaureate.

This year, 722 high school students will receive the General Council Prize, including 661 from the general baccalaureate.
