This Sunday, January 6th, the Great Day of Obstacle Racing marks the imminent closing of the Obstacle Racing Meeting at the Côte d’Azur Racecourse.

Thrilling races are expected, including:

the Grand Prix de la Ville de Nice (Group III Grand Steeple Chase over 4,600 meters), richly endowed, the Grande Course de Haies de Cagnes, the Prix Christian de l’Hermite (Grand Steeple-Chase for 4-year-olds), and the Prix André Masséna (Great Hurdle Race for 4-year-olds).

As always, this Great Day of Obstacle Racing holds a particularly attractive character: it is indeed the most thrilling event of the Obstacle Racing Meeting that announces its imminent closure (it will conclude precisely on January 8th with a final obstacle racing meeting).

Spectacular races will traditionally take place from 12 PM:

The GRAND PRIX de la VILLE de NICE, Group III (4,600 m) richly endowed (€140,000)

The GRANDE COURSE de HAIES de CAGNES (4,300 m)

The PRIX CHRISTIAN de l’HERMITE – GRAND STEEPLE CHASE for 4-YEAR-OLDS (3,800 m)

The PRIX ANDRE MASSENA – GREAT HURDLE RACE for 4-YEAR-OLDS (3,500 m)
