For the sixth consecutive year, the Gym Solidaire operation is being set up.

Joรซlle Martinaux, Deputy Mayor of Nice in charge of Solidarity, Social Affairs, and Disabilities, Vice President of the Community Center for Social Action, is also President of the National Union of CCAS, along with Christophe Hรฉrelle, OGC Nice defender and the new sponsor of the Gym Solidaire operation, were invited yesterday afternoon at the Community Center for Social Action at 14 Avenue du XV Corps.

For the sixth consecutive year, the city of Nice, its CCAS, and OGC Nice, now accompanied by the Club’s Endowment Fund, will carry out throughout the season an action program aimed at assisting the socially disadvantaged, with a schedule of local solidarity activities. This is what the club and the City Hall announced yesterday afternoon.

This program is part of the “proximity” aspect of OGC Nice’s civic policy. Christophe Hรฉrelle – the new sponsor of the operation – will take over this year from Alassane Plรฉa, who left for Germany. This sponsorship involves providing concrete solutions, such as meetings or donations, by bringing a warm and human touch to those in difficult situations.

And C. Herelle did not come empty-handed. Accompanied by Joรซlle Martinaux, they were able to distribute more than fifty tickets for the Coupe de la Ligue Round of 16 match, Nice-Auxerre, on Wednesday, October 31 at 6:45 PM, and enjoy the traditional crowd engagement, photos, and autographs.

“It’s a source of pride for me, a child of the city and the Moulins. We will set up food and toy collections and invite people to our upcoming matches or certain training sessions. Gym Solidaire takes us out of the bubble we evolve in; it allows us to realize the extreme difficulty some people face. The supporters present this afternoon warmed my heart, and we hope to see them soon at the Stadium.”
