While traveling to Nice, Bourg-de-Péage confirmed their initial success against Brest, the reigning French champion. That’s when Manon Houette’s teammates (6 goals from 6 shots) began to respond, closing to within two points by the time they returned to the locker rooms. The equalizer came in just two minutes, thanks to Sofia Deen (5 goals from 5 shots) and Dijana Ujkic (4 goals from 8 shots).
