Strongly courted by Olympique de Marseille, the left-back ultimately chose OGC Nice to continue his development.
Voted the best left-back in Ligue 1 Conforama by the newspaper L’Equipe for the 2019-2020 half-season, Hassane Kamara had an outstanding season with Stade de Reims, helping the club to reach 6th place… just behind Nice!
In two seasons, he played no less than 50 Ligue 1 Conforama matches, giving him solid experience.
This marks the third defensive signing for the team from Nice, who prefer to first rely on a strong defense before turning their attention to the striker market, which seems much more complex.
