Haut-de-Cagnes: The 55th edition of Expofleurs will be a Floral Symphony.

Latest News

The 55th edition of Expofleurs, titled “Floral Symphony,” will once again take place in the old village of Haut-de-Cagnes. It will be held during this Easter weekend.

This floral event will bring together the efforts of a team of specialists who will showcase their talent in exceptional compositions and rival with consummate art in the use of horticultural production.

Imagination will not be lacking at this “festival,” which will retain the same virtues as its predecessors, once housed at the castle-museum and then at the Côte d’Azur racetrack. Openly displaying their philosophy of action and practice, the organizers are pursuing the same objectives as before: to provide the best of their knowledge and expertise.

These four fully flowered days will be exceptional in their design, according to constantly updated methods and techniques where science is not excluded. Florists and decorators will display their professionalism and imagination in a setting harmonizing flowers and stone to create a delicate style. Natural colors, precisely sown, will enhance the relief of the alleys.

This 2013 edition will feature a novelty: the creation of a Way of the Cross with its 14 stations. Wooden crosses will be placed along a tailored path designed for visitors. At the foot of these crosses, flower beds will reflect the knowledge and imagination of the teams, where the most attentive can appreciate this cultural and spiritual event.
