As part of the CPAM 06 nutrition workshops (see attached document), Franck Viano (former winner of “Un dîner presque parfait” and member of the collective “Cuisine Niçoise à l’Unesco”) will offer a volunteer workshop to make his famous Pan Fruchat (fruity Pan Bagnat).
Because eating well is one of the essential conditions for staying healthy, and because Niçoise cuisine, derived from the Cretan diet, is one of the most balanced cuisines in the world, the advocate of Niçoise cuisine will conduct a workshop where he will present the main Niçoise recipes through a small game (Photos with discovery of the recipe names). Then, he will allow 8 children following the program “Health is Life” to prepare their Pan Fruchat and subsequently enjoy it during a convivial snack time.
The “Health is Life” program consists of 4 nutrition workshops, 12 physical activity workshops, individual sessions with a dietitian, and individual sessions with a psychologist.
