This Thursday at 3 PM, there will be a hearing initiated by the Roya Solidaire collective for obstructing asylum requests.
The plaintiffs denounce the impossibility for asylum seekers to access their rights from the Roya.
According to them, the Prefect is diverting procedures to return these individuals to Italy.
Their lawyer, Maitre Zia Oloumi, has approached the administrative court for an individual freedom summary judgement.
