On Wednesday, September 9, 2009, the HEC Business School of the Côte d’Azur is organizing a concert at the conservatory at the CRR – Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional – of Nice. This conservatory can accommodate 700 people. The jazz group “Trio Joker” is joining the conservatory’s Big Band to offer their music to the Sudanese children. ADE, whose President is Muriel Tran, regularly organizes events to raise funds. According to the president, “we have been able to collect €350,000 since its creation in 2003.” For this occasion, the ticket price is set at €27. Tickets are available on the FNAC website.
ADE was founded at the initiative of Sister Emmanuelle. She could no longer bear seeing the misery caused to the children of Sudan: famine, diseases… This humanitarian association aims to collect funds, which are then entirely donated to the children of emergency centers in Khartoum, Sudan. The association was born in 2003. Partnering with the Operation Orange association, it puts in place the necessary means to feed the children of Sudan.
