The summer Meetings Closing Night this Saturday 24th promises to be spectacular with a night event. After the Grand Criterium de Vitesse de la Côte d’Azur, the Grand Prix du Conseil Général des Alpes-Maritimes stands as the best-endowed event in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with €180,000 in prizes.
Two renowned trotters, among the greatest champions, are announced in this group II international event:
Commander Crowe (€3,400,000 in cumulative earnings), who won the Hugo Abergs Memorial at Jägersro last July, and holder of the European Record set on the Cagnes track in 1′ 08 9/10. He won the second leg of the Grande Vitesse Trot Challenge at the Hippodrome de la Capelle last July 7th.
Timoko (€1,760,000 in cumulative earnings), who recently excelled in Mons, Belgium, and was the winner of the Grand Prix du Conseil Général des Alpes-Maritimes in 2012.
