The Eagles of Nice (2nd place) will host the Albatross of Brest (1st place) as part of the 8th day of the French Division 1 championship, this Saturday, November 3 at 7:15 PM at the Jean Bouin ice rink.
The Eagles will have the opportunity to take the top spot in the championship on Saturday against Brest.
The Albatross have been impressive since the start of the season, with only one defeat in 7 matches, the team from Brest has almost swept everything in their path.
With the best attack in the championship, the Brest players have an average of 6 goals per match. Stan Sutor’s men will have to be particularly wary of two players, Nicholas PARS and David CROTEAU, who each have no less than 18 points!
The Eagles, on the other hand, hold the 2nd best defense in the championship with only 17 goals conceded in 7 matches. They also have only 1 defeat (against Dunkerque), compared to 6 victories.
A match that should be of a very high level and very close on the ice.
Stan Sutor’s men, in case of a victory, would take 1st place in the championship!
