The 2021/2022 regular season and the Coupe de France de Hockey are set to resume in less than three months, providing an opportunity to review the upcoming dates.
October 9th is the date when the first and second French divisions will restart. For the new season, the format will remain the same with 14 teams, including a home-and-away phase and a playoff system among the top four. For the D2, there will be 20 teams divided into two groups of 10, competing for the victory.
The Coupe de France, on the other hand, will begin with the first round on October 2nd, followed by the round of 16 and the round of 8 before the end of the year. The semifinals and the final will take place at the beginning of 2022, with the final at the end of January.
For the record, the Nice Eagles finished the season in 9th place, in the middle of the championship standings.
