This Friday evening marked the inauguration of the new DoubleTree By Hilton hotel in the ICONIC complex.
Following the much-anticipated openings of UNIQLO and MONOPRIX in April 2024, Nice’s center now welcomes a new major player: the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Located right in the heart of the city, this new establishment with 120 rooms marks an important step in the development of the Iconic complex, a project entirely funded by private investment.
The ICONIC complex is thus becoming a true urban hub hosting eight different types of activities: shops, schools, a pharmacy… This place is becoming a lively and dynamic space for the people of Nice and visitors alike. Tourists will be able to stay in a hotel with a modern and chic style. They can also enjoy a terrace offering a panoramic view, a modern fitness center, and a future restaurant set to open in September 2024.
With the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, the Iconic project reaches another milestone in its ambition to transform the center of Nice into a dynamic and multifunctional urban space.
