36 participants in the finale of the “I’m Moving” 2011 operation: last training session
Christophe Pinna, former world karate champion, has a mission to promote sports practice for everyone.
The goal is to develop a true sports culture within the city and to raise awareness and involve the residents of Nice in the major sporting events of Nice.
In 2010, Christophe Pinna trained over several months a hundred women from Nice, aged 23 to 65, who wished to participate in a relay for the 3rd Nice-Cannes 2010 Alpes-Maritimes Marathon. In the end, 36 women participated in this magnificent sporting adventure.
After the last training session, only 36 people out of the 68 selected at the beginning of the 2011 operation will participate in the relay during the 4th Nice-Cannes Alpes-Maritimes Marathon on November 20. This Sunday, the teams will run in relays for the 42.195 km course.
