Recruitment tools, the remuneration system, and access to training have been revised to ensure equal treatment for all. The company also ensures a fair balance in parity in its internal communication.
Work time flexibility and the balance with personal life have been rethought by offering part-time and telecommuting options to employees, encouraging the use of paternity leave, and offering 27 nursery spots in a multi-company nursery for parents.
