A new chapter begins. The iconic Georges Brasseries in downtown Nice have found new owners, and it’s fair to say they are full of ambitions.
Judge for yourself: a high-end gym overseen by qualified professionals, all set in a modern environment with state-of-the-art equipment. A boxing room, a swimming pool, and a spa will be added to the complex, and, as the icing on the cake, members will have access to a members-only healthy restaurant, a beauty salon, and a coworking space. The new owners emphasize that their target clientele is indeed the local community, and not passing visitors…
A project quite unique in its kind
FLEXX is the name of the complex set to open in early February 2024, on Sacha Guitry Street, behind Galeries Lafayette. With such a proposition, Marion Boyadjis and Pierre-Nicolas Bacquet, the founders of the Italian restaurant Casa Leya (Cours Saleya) and initiators of the project, aim to make people forget the former Georges Brasseries, which closed in 2015.
That’s not all! FLEXX won’t be the only business to move into this historic building in downtown Nice. The experience will continue with an adjoining and independent “Brunch & Coffee Shop” concept called FOODIE. Moreover, the building, unoccupied for many years, will also house a new cozy hotel which will open at the same time under the MOON brand. Three great projects, therefore, which are likely to make the already well-supplied neighborhood even more attractive.
