Christian Estrosi, mayor of the city of Nice and president of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and Renaud Muselier, president of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (PACA) region, inaugurated the pilot farm of the Nice-based company, Inalve.
Inalve is the new company to watch. This innovative company has been thinking for several years about a project that allows for natural nourishment. A project on the verge of becoming reality thanks to the creation of a pilot farm. A place inaugurated in the presence of Christian Estrosi, mayor of Nice and president of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and Renaud Muselier, president of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. This site, located in the Eco-Valley of the Plaine du Var, is a source of pride for Christophe Vasseur, president of Inalve:
“For nearly 5 years, our company has contributed to addressing the major global challenges of the moment. With a simple vision: to feed animals with the most natural foods possible.”
To achieve this, the Nice company produces its own microalgae and cultivates them before transforming them into ingredients for animal nutrition. “Our technology allows us to respond to the environmental issue that concerns us all today, while remaining economically viable,” explains Hubert Bonnefond, co-founder of Inalve.
The “Sustainable Territory – A COP in advance” label awarded to Inalve
After visiting this new pilot farm, Christian Estrosi wanted to commend this innovative project:
“It is an idea that perfectly illustrates what we want to embody at the heart of our metropolis. We wish to be a metropolis focused on health and the environment.” The mayor of Nice symbolically inaugurated this pilot farm, accompanied by Renaud Muselier. The two men were able to witness the quality of the work carried out by the Nice company. “Inalve ticks all the boxes representing the ecosystem, with development and a future around the COP in advance,” details Renaud Muselier, president of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
To conclude this inauguration, Christian Estrosi and Renaud Muselier presented the “Sustainable Territory – A COP in advance” label to Christophe Vasseur. This award is given to companies undertaking actions related to sustainable development, as is the case for Inalve.
