The new annex town hall of Caucade opened its doors on Friday, June 14, 2024, enabling hillside residents to have easier access to administrative procedures.
On Friday, June 14, 2024, the inauguration of the new annex town hall of Caucade took place. During the presentation of his hillside plan on April 26, Christian Estrosi announced a series of measures aimed at facilitating access to public services for the residents of the Nice hillsides.
Opening an annex town hall in Caucade was one of the mayor’s priority measures. It was a highly anticipated request from the residents. “Caucade used to have an annex town hall in the past, it isn’t there anymore and it would be nice to have a new one,” noted Christian Estrosi. Citizens will be able to go there from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, to perform all the same administrative procedures as at the main town hall.
New spaces for wedding celebrations
“Everyone can gather here without having to travel to the city for administrative procedures,” announced the mayor of Nice, allowing for accessibility to procedures close to home. This includes identity document applications through the collection device and obtaining practical information.
Do you want an original wedding ceremony? Surrounded by nature? You can, with the Phoenix Park, where a space has just been set up to celebrate grand weddings. “The closer we are in managing public services, to listen, to make corrections, to be attentive to requests, to respond, up to marriage… Before, we had to marry exclusively at the main town hall. Authorization now allows us to conduct marriages at other sites. We have Phoenix Park and unused premises that we can transform into festive places. The civil ceremony desires an environment with symbolic significance,” indicates mayor Christian Estrosi, to relieve congestion at the City Hall.
