Former dispensary of the Lenval Foundation, in 2012, the municipality became the owner of these buildings, which it decided to renovate to transform into community spaces dedicated to the people of Nice. The aim is to promote interactions, community life, and to invigorate the eastern part of Nice with numerous activities.
