The inauguration on February 20 at the Nice Premium building of the Center for Innovative Businesses and the Mediterranean Institute of Risk, Environment, and Sustainable Development marked the first step in the creation of the National Interest Operation – Eco Valley. Over nearly 10,000 hectares, the territory is being reorganized exemplarily around sustainable development.
On Monday, March 5, 2012, at 12:00 PM, Bernard Kleynhoff, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice and President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, will inaugurate the new CCI space dedicated to training, apprenticeships, and business services.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry has indeed chosen the Eco Valley and the Nice Premium building for its new location. Over more than 1,400 square meters, the Industry, Business Financing, Environment, Export Formalities, Apprenticeship Tax Service, Point A, Skills Assessment Center, Skills Engineering and Support, and a Division of Professional Training and Apprenticeship are gathered. These are solutions and services that the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI offers to businesses.
The CCI’s decision to locate part of its services at Nice Premium perfectly aligns with the goal of creating a genuine hub for training, apprenticeships, research, high technology, and providing businesses with an environment conducive to innovation, creation, and economic development right in the heart of Eco Valley.
At the conclusion of this inauguration, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area and the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI will formalize the framework agreement to promote the economic development strategy and major development projects centered around the “Metropolis of Better Living.” The synergy of skills and resources will contribute to the influence of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area and job creation.
