Inauguration of the Christmas village in the Saint-Roch neighborhood of Nice, organized by the Association of Independent and Liberal Professionals of Saint-Roch Nice East (APIL).
At the request of the APIL Presidents, Mr. Philippe Desjardins and Mr. Francis Tachon, the General Council is providing the premises of the former Peugeot garage facing the Saint-Roch square, before beginning new developments there (sports and performance halls, association premises) planned for 2011, allowing the association to organize the neighborhood’s first covered village until Thursday, December 23.
Children and adults are invited to come and prepare and celebrate Christmas without delay.
On the agenda:
โข Over twenty stalls featuring handcrafted objects, gastronomy, decorative items, and gift ideas;
โข โฌ3,500 in gift vouchers to be won.
Numerous activities will be offered for everyone’s enjoyment:
โข Santa Claus every afternoon;
โข The Elf Train for the little ones;
โข Creative and artistic workshops;
โข Toy-making with the “Les petits dรฉbrouillards de la rรฉgion PACA” association, with a scientific and ecological focus;
โข Pottery making with a ceramist;
โข Creation of a collective mural with an artist on the theme “Imagine a Different Santa Claus”;
โข Letters and drawings to Santa with a raffle and gifts;
โข Shows for young and old, clowns, a magician, balloon sculpture, music from around the world;
โข And the Senior Star on Sunday.
