INEOS. The new Gym jerseys were unveiled a few weeks ago without sponsors. That has changed! OGC Nice and INEOS have announced their partnership starting from the 2019-2020 season. The industrial group thus becomes the main partner of the club and the jersey sponsor.

INEOS, a company involved in sports

The private company operating in the chemical sector is not new to this. Indeed, in recent weeks, the Tour de France has seen cyclists wearing a jersey with the name of the Gym’s new partner. INEOS owns a team in the Tour de France after acquiring Team Sky (one of its riders is currently wearing the yellow jersey).

Besides cycling, the billionaire Jim Ratcliffe’s company also acquired a Swiss football club in 2017: FC Lausanne-Sport.

A partnership that very clearly sets the stage for the upcoming weeks. The acquisition of the club by the Briton Jim Ratcliffe is now only a matter of days.

OGC Nice will be under British ownership.
