The champion from the Azure region shatters her previous record with a time of 48’07” (compared to 51’32” last month), easily surpassing the minimum required time of 50’55” for the upcoming Junior World Championships to be held in Moncton, Canada.
Inès takes 6th place in this international competition (out of 24 competitors). Before the World Championships in Canada next July, Inès will first head to Mexico for the Race Walking World Cup at the beginning of May. What a start to 2010 for Inès!!!
