Information for sports associations: mileage rates for volunteers and tax deductions

The CROS Côte Azur announces that under the sponsorship law, volunteers from sports associations considered to be of general interest can choose not to be reimbursed for the expenses they incur and, as a result, benefit from an income tax reduction.

For the 2011 tax declaration, which concerns expenses incurred in 2010, the applicable rate is €0.304 for motor vehicles and €0.118 for mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles, regardless of the fiscal horsepower of the vehicle.
