The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the State gathered all the institutional and associative actors of housing around the Intercommunal Housing Conference (CIL) in a plenary session to review the various missions of the CIL.
Following this, Dominique Estrosi Sassone was able to present the future house of the inhabitant.
Elected officials, State services, Metropolis, social landlords, ADIL, Action Logement, associations… all these actors were gathered today for the intercommunal housing conference. “It is a real tool for social diversity and the proper functioning of the social housing stock” details Dominique Estrosi Sassone.
“The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis remains the leader in managing social housing applications and defining a balanced allocation policy desired by the mayors of the 49 municipalities in our territory” explains the senator.
The conference is organized in thematic working commissions. Three groups will work in thematic working commissions:
- a group of representatives from local authorities
- professionals involved in the field of allocations
- users or associations defending people in a situation of exclusion due to housing.
“In parallel, at the end of June 2019, the Maison de l’Habitant will be created: a reception and resource place where every citizen of the Metropolis can be informed, inquire about housing, whether it is private or public housing” declared Dominique Estrosi Sassone
