Rudy Salles, Deputy Mayor of Nice, Jean-Luc Gag, City Councillor, and Stan Palomba, President of the Traditional Arts Collective – Lou Cat – presented yesterday, at the Jacques Cotta Space – at the Thรฉรขtre de Verdure in Nice – the full program of the upcoming International Folklore Festival “La Farandole”, organized from August 15 to 19.
An unmissable event for lovers of traditional music, songs, and dances, the International Folklore Festival “La Farandole” will once again take you on a journey through Argentina, Chile, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Rwanda from August 15 to 19, in the presence of the Nice groups La Ciamada Nissarda and Nice la Belle.
Six months after its official recognition by CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Traditional Arts), an official UNESCO partner, the “La Farandole” Festival intends to celebrate this 2018 edition in music, with yet again evening shows and concerts that will delight both young and old, offered at very affordable prices.
