Official selection at the Berlin Festival
Tehran, 2009. Ali, recently released from prison, is a night watchman in a factory. He lives out of sync with his wife and daughter. When they disappear during the riots that shake the city, Ali becomes the hunter, coldly pursuing his hate-driven quest for an elusive enemy, hidden in the heart of the cities as well as in himself.
