The post-baccalaureate business school ISCAE bases its philosophy on a true integration into the business world. It offers training programs from BTS to Bac +5, either through work-study or initial training.

ISCAE was born from the initiative of four former employees of ISECC (a post-baccalaureate school with six locations in PACA, including one in Nice) who, following its liquidation in September 2009, decided to take over the activities of the Nice-based school and create ISCAE, supported in their project by FIER ENTREPRENDRE and CREDIT MUTUEL. They aimed to sustain the educational principle of ISECC, which met a genuine need in the Azurean market and to avoid leaving 17 employees without jobs and 120 students without a school.

The “social” dimension of this wonderful human adventure was warmly received and attentively listened to by various partners and other institutional bodies, who showed great responsiveness and understanding of the imposed constraints.

As of today, ISCAE hosts 130 students. The school has the capacity to accommodate 300 students (with courses alternating between business and studies, with two days of classes per week) and has seven training rooms (including one multimedia room), all equipped with Wi-Fi and video projection, and incidentally, gaming consoles for relaxation periods!

Located in the heart of Nice, ISCAE offers initial or work-study training programs in business, management, and real estate, tailored to the Azurean employment market, from Bac +2 to Bac +5.

Its high-level teaching teams come from universities or top schools, and for professional subjects, practice a trade in the business they come to pass on their skills. All training is based on a time-sharing approach between education and business, whether it be work-study courses under professional contracts or initial training that combines studies with compulsory internships each year (lasting 10 to 12 weeks).

As a post-baccalaureate school, recruitment is rigorous and is done through a dossier selection, with supporting tests and a motivational interview, to confirm the orientation choice.

The school awards degrees recognized throughout Europe, notably by companies, through its affiliation with FEDE (European Federation of Schools).

An opening to international opportunities

Benefiting from an agreement with Griffith College of Dublin, ISCAE offers language study stays that incorporate its training courses and pathways to “Bachelor-in Marketing” and “MBA in international business management.”

Initial or work-study training adapted to the Azurean employment market with experienced teaching teams.

At ISCAE, training utilizes the complementarity between studies and professional experience. The teaching staff of 17 people comprises both recognized university academics and professionals enriched by their experience in business. While providing a rigorous transmission of theoretical culture, the interventions of economic world professionals bring the added value of their professional experience, rooted in their core trade.
It’s a genuine skills transfer taking place.

A springboard to a successful professional life.

The complementarity of the training makes ISCAE students particularly operational. This ability facilitates their immersion in companies and constitutes a real “plus” on the employment market. Work-study students spend three days a week in a company. In initial training, students complete mandatory internships each year, lasting from five to seven weeks.

Durable pathways between school and business.

A professional internship or work-study is the best way to join a company.

Deeply attached to this principle, ISCAE develops lasting relationships with nearly 600 SMEs on the Cรดte d’Azur that host students. Degrees recognized throughout Europe.

Students opting for “classical” initial training rather than work-study will have tuition fees of:

  • โ‚ฌ4000 per year for BTS
  • โ‚ฌ4200 per year for DESS (Bac +3)
  • โ‚ฌ4500 per year for Master’s (Bac +4 and +5)

Learning modalities

The particularity of ISCAE lies in its business involvement and the privileged relationships that the school maintains with its network of nearly 600 Azurean companies.

70% of students enroll in a work-study program.
Besides a 2 to 5-year business experience, the work-study formula offers significant financial advantages.

ISCAE students have the opportunity to conduct their studies in a work-study program under a professionalization contract.

Students in work-study pay nothing. Tuition fees are entirely covered by the employer, who is reimbursed by their OPCA (Accredited Joint Collector Organization) to which they have paid their mandatory contributions.

The company also remunerates the work-study student on a monthly basis, with a minimum range between 55% and 80% of the minimum wage.
