On the occasion of the 15th edition of the L’Italie à Table fair (June 7-10, 2019), the City of Nice and the Italian Chamber of Commerce are organizing, for the schoolchildren of Nice, a lunch inspired by Italian gastronomy.
This Tuesday, June 4, 2019, the children of Gio Domenico Cassini school will enjoy delicious culinary specialties: Fettine di melone, grissini e prosciutto crudo/mozarella, tortellini alla ricotta e spinaci con parmigiano, (Sorbetto alla fragola, panna).
