The 10th edition of the Salon dedicated to Italian gastronomy, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, offered its audience four days filled with delights, encounters, and discoveries reflecting the colors of Italy.
The organizers had announced it: An anniversary calls for a celebration! To this end, efforts were doubled this year to offer Italy enthusiasts a memorable edition by showcasing the best of renowned Italian gastronomy and offering a program rich with moments of conviviality and sharing.
These efforts were rewarded: the Salon recorded an increase in attendance this year, far surpassing the 180,000 visitor mark (125,000 in 2013).
Among the novelties of this tenth edition, the new concept of the Salon stands out. The Quai des Etats-Unis, recently inaugurated, underwent a new layout that required the Italian Chamber of Commerce to rethink the Salon’s configuration: more open, more spacious, and allowing for easy visitor flow.
A 10th anniversary that will remain memorable, while the team at the Italian Chamber of Commerce is already working on an 11th edition that will offer some new transalpine surprises.
