Italy at the Table is organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Nice, Sophia Antipolis, Côte d’Azur. For 15 years, its mission has been to promote and develop economic and cultural relations between France and Italy, by offering the best from each country.


italie_a_table.jpg This intent of exchange and sharing is realized, among others, through its major annual events organized on the Côte d’Azur, in partnership with local institutions: “Italy at the Table” in Nice and “Bread, Love and Chocolate” in Antibes.

From May 31 to June 3, 2012, Italy at the Table is an annual event allowing one to discover the excellence of Italian gastronomic production, but also cultural, highlighting the origin, history, and quality of the products offered.

Producers will bring directly to French tables the best of this renowned gastronomy: from the most typical specialties to the rarest dishes, from sweet-savory jams to artisanal pasta, not forgetting the very popular Italian charcuterie and the rich selection of regional wines!

But Italy is not only synonymous with gastronomy; that is why the Italian Chamber of Commerce has been deeply involved in recent years to create a true Italian Week on the Côte d’Azur to share with the Côte d’Azur the best of Italy, to exalt the tremendous assets of this wonderful country on a gastronomic, tourist, cultural, artistic, and commercial level.
