On the occasion of this edition, a rich program of conferences and a fair dedicated to Italian cuisine and table art will enhance the event already enlivened by over 150 exhibitors coming from the entire national territory.
As Agostino Pesce, Director of the CCIE, explains:
“L’Italie à Table steps out of the “fair” dimension and confirms itself as a cultural event with open spaces suitable for public entertainment and the organization of professional meetings. A perfect opportunity to discover the best of flavors, but also the history, culture, and tourist offerings of our peninsula, capable of conveying our way of life to both curious individuals and industry professionals.”
VIP Space where Italian producers will offer operators and buyers tastings of the delights from their respective territories.
The initiatives for children are confirmed: L’Italie à Table in the Canteens, in collaboration with Sodexo and the City of Nice, will introduce Italian cuisine on June 3rd in 105 kindergarten and elementary schools in Nice; educational workshops presenting the secrets of a simple and healthy cuisine will also be offered to them throughout the week.
The young chefs of the association «Les Toques Brûlées» will ignite the Italy at the Table event with their incomparable talent by reinterpreting some of the best Italian recipes! An opportunity to explore the flavors of “Bel Paese” in a different way.
The first edition of “DolceVita”, the fair dedicated to Italian cuisine and table art. A new exhibition space that will present innovations in design and architecture to bring light, warmth, and happiness to the kitchen and home. An important showcase to demonstrate, once again to Europe, that despite cultural evolutions and citizen habits, the Made in Italy remains a guarantee thanks to its reliability and constant pursuit of innovation.
