We all carry in our hearts those films and directors who allowed Italian cinema to shine through the ‘70s, a cinema that moved us, made us laugh, cry, and feel alive! With the gradual disappearance of its “masters,” Italian cinema experienced a decline in its fame and distribution – including in Italy – and only a few filmmakers managed to reach us with their strong and unique worlds (Moretti, Calopresti, Tornatore, Benigni…), often through festivals.
