Latest News

The Young Economic Chamber of Metropolitan Nice (JCE MN) and the Young Economic Chamber Nice Côte d’Azur (JCE NCA) held their joint mid-year Plenary Assembly at “Blue Beach” in Nice.

Under the sign of conviviality, this traditional meeting, held for the 25th consecutive year at René Colomban’s establishment, a former JCE member, was accompanied by a cocktail reception followed by a meal and an evening of music with the band MoFo.

In front of more than 80 people, including many members and former members, and notably in the presence of the First Vice-President of the Regional Council, Mr. Patrick ALLEMAND, and the President of the Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur platform, Mr. Sébastien BERTONI, the values of the Young Active Citizens movement were highlighted.

The two presidents, Richard GORDON (JCE MN) and Jérôme BREMOND (JCE NCA), were able to report on their actions at mid-term and praised the dynamism of their teams.

The directors of the various commissions were also able to communicate on their achievements and projects, well expressing the scope of the commitments they have undertaken.

This year, nearly 10 actions are underway, ranging from combating food waste to promoting professional training to supporting sustainable development (in the Eco-Valley) and international cooperation (in Bulgaria and Malta).

Finally, with great emotion, the two Young Chambers welcomed four new members, proof of the vitality and renewal of the teams. Each, accompanied by their sponsor, committed with visible sincerity and eagerness.

As always at the Young Economic Chamber, always working to create positive change.
