Kif-Days is a sports and cultural event aimed at young people from Nice aged 9 to 15. It is being organized for the first time by the city of Nice and the sports commissions of the North, West, and East districts of Nice, which bring together, under the Urban Contract of Social Cohesion, associative and institutional actors.
The objective of this event is to gather more than 150 children from the Saint-Augustin, Nice-Nord, and Pasteur-Bon Voyage neighborhoods over three days in a spirit of sportsmanship, competition, and friendliness.
The children will participate from 8 am to 6 pm in three “thematic” trails on Wednesday, May 2, Thursday, May 3, and Friday, May 4. Each concerned neighborhood presents 3 teams of 8 children under the age of 12 and 3 teams of 8 young people over the age of 12.
-Wednesday, May 2 – “I love nature” – Col de Vence, plateau of Saint Barnabé > Outdoor physical activities: mountain biking, archery, hiking, orienteering
-Thursday, May 3 – “I love culture” – Place Garibaldi – Nice > Cultural trail: culture, art, Niçoise heritage
-Friday, May 4 – “I love sports” – Stade de la Lauvette – Nice > Sports meetings: athletics, baseball, football, volleyball, and ranking of all the days.
