Université Laval and Université Côte d’Azur are joining forces and presenting the Leadership Chair in Women’s Health Education. This is the second chair created thanks to a privileged framework agreement established between the two universities.

This new joint entity, which will bring together experts from various fields, including gynecology, obstetrics, and urology, aims to become a center of excellence in women’s health. The Chair’s program will focus on pedagogy and training, with an international and Francophone perspective.

The new chair aims to increase knowledge and understanding of women’s health and their needs, in addition to developing and refining a global and interdisciplinary approach. The work will focus on three priority areas of development in women’s health: the organization and development of care and expertise, health as a factor of well-being, as well as societal and preventive approaches.
