The theme of the next major event in La Colle sur Loup, on June 4th and 5th, will be “Cuisine and Literature.” Far from the hustle and bustle of Nice, the village will offer unique encounters along its streets with top chefs, TV cooks, culinary columnists, and leading sommeliers.

Yves Klein will be honored through the “blue menu” offered by various restaurants. These two days will also be dedicated to the sale and signing of books devoted to gastronomy, oenology, and the art of dining.

On the program: Drawing contests, fruit tart contests, children’s parade, theater performances, cooking classes, exhibitions, culinary demonstrations, oenology introductions, cooking courses, cinema, taste nurseries, musical spaces, and many other surprises…
