After the presidential and legislative elections, its leaders and activists are once again active in opposing the policies of the new government: “We must therefore act with union and associative forces, as well as with all those who oppose the social, ecological, and democratic setbacks that the new administration wants to impose on us. This will be the only effective way to resist,” asserts Rosalyne Grac, departmental spokesperson.

Dates have already been scheduled for public demonstrations:

July 12: National protest against the vote on the bill to legislate by ordinances (dismantling the Labor Code).
– Mobilization in Nice, meeting at 7:00 PM at Place Garibaldi
– Mobilization in Antibes, meeting at 7:00 PM at Place de Gaulle

July 14: Col de Tende (all day): Gathering in solidarity with refugees, organized by refugee aid associations (Roya Citoyenne, etc.)
