The spring in our department unfolds in a diverse and varied manner. Before celebrating music at the end of June, the town of La Gaude is hosting the second edition of “La Gaude en fleurs” on June 4th from 9 a.m. to midnight.
Flora and art enthusiasts will thus be able to discover this cultural and friendly event, organized with the support of local associations.
As visitors stroll through the streets of La Gaude, they will discover sculptures and floral decorations as well as exhibitions by local artists, and creations of children’s works, all set to music…
From morning until midnight, the town of La Gaude will become, for a spring day, “the showcase for the most beautiful flowers of the Alpes-Maritimes.”
Program:
10:00 a.m.: Official inauguration by Michel Meini, Mayor of La Gaude, followed by a “friendly drink”;
8:00 a.m. to midnight: “The shopping street” and all its exhibitors (crafts, local products, jewelry, paintings, sculptures, flowers, and plants…);
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Floral decorations, children’s workshops organized by Nathalie Boisselier, exhibition of works by young Gaudois under the direction of Céline Duvernet, fashion show on the theme of the Flower organized by the Chemin d’Artistes association and Lora Quattro…
7:00 p.m. to midnight: Dance, Place de la Victoire, and Barbecue.
