Launched in 2012, this project has transformed the Libération district with the rehabilitation of the passenger building, converted into a media library, the creation of the station forecourt, and the monumental staircase as early as 2013.
In 2015, the construction of an underground parking lot, the reassembly of the Train Hall, and three new buildings comprising commercial spaces, a multiplex cinema, and community offices were inaugurated.
The third phase of this ambitious project involves the rehabilitation of public spaces. These works are carried out in coordination with the delivery of buildings intended for housing and commerce.
In total, more than 7000m² will be created and delivered in three phases during 2018.
