Alliance Autocar, a leading coach transport company in France, announces it is requisitioning its fleet of coaches for the service of staff in vital sectors essential for the functioning of the country: prefectures, hospitals, administrations, medical centers, supermarkets, retirement homes, etc.
Thus, it is now possible for these establishments to call on Alliance Autocar for the transport of their personnel.
This helps to avoid the risks associated with public transport, taxis… as the following measures have been implemented in Alliance Autocar vehicles:
• Dry steam cleaning and disinfection after each trip
• Safety distance between passengers (hence vehicles not fully occupied)
• Disposable paper seat covers
• Provision of hydro-alcoholic gel, masks, gloves
• Protection for the driver
• Blocking off seats around the driver
Alexandre Woog, general manager of Alliance Autocar, states: “Of course, the aim is to help the country in the crisis, so these transports will be provided at the minimum rate. We can respond to requests across all of France, with the possibility for any interested client to launch a shuttle within the hour.”
These shuttles can, for example, make a stop near the home of each staff member of an establishment. It is equivalent to a collective taxi with very strict hygiene measures.
Alexandre Woog adds: “We started implementing them this week for the top managers of major CAC 40 companies; we have decided to requisition our entire fleet to extend this service to all essential services needed to maintain the country during this crisis.”
It should be noted that these shuttles can also be used for the children of these workers who will be grouped in centers to enable their parents to work.
