This contest annually rewards writers from the Alpes-Maritimes or those who have a connection with the department.
The Prix Livre Azur was created in 2013 at the initiative of the Conseil Dรฉpartemental des Alpes-Maritimes. Its aim, with each edition, is to encourage sharing and, perhaps, to inspire literary vocations. A popular jury, composed of readers, is hosted by the Department Houses once a month for reading committees.
Here are the 4 novels selected for the year 2019:
- โMa reineโ by Jean Baptiste Andra, ed. L’iconoclaste, 2017
- โAucun rรฉpitโ by Pierre Brocchi, ed. Lucien Souny, 2018
