On the occasion of the National Mental Health Days, the City of Nice will present the very first guide to mental health. Written in conjunction with the Local Mental Health Council, this new tool aims to improve support for residents in the local management of sometimes invisible pathologies by providing them with all the necessary information and contacts in Nice.
The national mental health days, organized by Mental Health France and the Isatis association, will be held on June 18 and 19 at the Mediterranean University Center in Nice.
This 68th edition, which will offer training sessions on the topic, will address the connection between specialized health and disability actors and those in the housing sector. The focus will be on highlighting the positive impact of “inclusive” housing for people with mental health disabilities. The implementation of the “Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)” program will also be discussed.
