Jean-Pierre Rivère, President of OGC Nice, and Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, will launch the “Name Your Eagle” operation on Monday, April 7 at 2:30 PM, in the presence of Lauriano Azinheirinha, Deputy Mayor for Education, at the Terra Amata School site in Nice.
On this occasion, a fifth-grade class, guided by their teacher, will be the first to launch the initiative put in place to choose a name for the eagle that protects OGC Nice and its city. During this session, the entire operation will be unveiled.
This project, titled “Name Your Eagle,” is aimed at all supporters and schoolchildren in the city in the form of a large consultation, the results of which will be revealed on the day of the Nice-Lyon game, the last match of the 2013-2014 season.
