The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) serves as the point of contact to streamline processes with organizations by centralizing requests and providing weekly updates to all parties involved.
To facilitate compensation procedures and speed up their processing, the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI has activated a SINGLE INFORMATION DESK, a support mechanism for businesses.
Support measures:
Emergency fund of €610,000 for 42 establishments on the Promenade des Anglais that assisted victims, an exceptional fund of €2 million for businesses with fewer than 20 employees experiencing at least a 20% loss in turnover (hotels, restaurants, snack bars, souvenir shops, and activities directly related to tourism) located between Boulevard Gambetta and Avenue Thiers,
Regional Guarantee Fund to strengthen the cash flow of impacted businesses,
Zero-interest loan to finance the interest of bank loans for financially weakened businesses, are the support measures available to businesses.
The procedure includes three stages:
1 – I STAY INFORMED
All information (Insurance, Social Contributions, Partial Activity, Taxes, Bank Loans, Security), contacts, emergency numbers, and websites related to various interventions are available in a downloadable document.
2 – I DECLARE MY DAMAGE
All impacted businesses fill out the online “DAMAGE DECLARATION” form. This declaration will be necessary to assess the damage and pre-select potential intervention organizations.
3 – I AM ASSISTED BY A COUNSELOR
As part of the implemented scheme, a counselor will contact the business to provide the most effective support in its procedures.
