Thus, Cassini Street, which is a major thoroughfare in the City of Nice, will be transformed within a year.
Cassini Street had become a road prioritizing cars at the expense of other users.

- 201m² of permeable surface
- 480m of dedicated bike lane
- 900m² of additional pedestrian area
- Speed reduction to 30km/h
- Use of grey sidewalk surfacing
- Maintenance of bus lines
These developments will improve user comfort, with wider sidewalks and a more serene and beautified public space with more trees.
