In close collaboration with its president, Dominique ESTEVE, he will be tasked with implementing the group’s strategy as voted by the General Assembly. A proactive force, he will be involved in major upcoming projects: strengthening of local services and advisory to businesses and commerce, sustainable development, Plaine du Var national interest operation, apprenticeship and training.
As the guarantor of the coherence of the various establishments within the CCI Group, he will be assisted in his missions by Jacques GARENCE and Patrice LE DIUZET, Deputy General Directors.
Biography.
Aged 57 and father of 5 children, an engineer by training, who was successively a national navy officer, then director of an engineering SME, director of profit centers, and finally marketing and commercial director in the Mediterranean region for a major engineering company.
Since 1996, Laurent Monsaingeon has been the director of ports at the Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of the commercial ports of the Alpes Maritimes, as well as the economic development of maritime and port sectors, according to the strategic directions and objectives defined by the President.
Laurent Monsaingeon has been a knight of the National Order of Merit, in a military capacity, since 1984.
